Do you provide free estimates for my projects?

We are proud to provide free estimates for your project. We believe in being as upfront and transparent about the cost of our services as possible.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have full liability insurance which means our insurance covers a possible claim, not yours. 

Can you provide references or examples of your work?

Absolutely! We have reviews posted on our website, on Homestars.com, and other online review sites such as Google and Yelp. Many of our previous customers are also happy to provide you with a reference prior to your project start.

How long will the job take?

Every job is unique so we will provide an approximate timeline after our initial consultation. Keep in mind that there could also be unexpected delays due to structural issues or backorders of selected materials such as unique mosaics or tubs. However, we promise that we'll notify you of any changes to our schedule and do our best to get the job done quickly. 

Do you provide a warranty?

We are professional craftsmen who stand behind our work and have a 1-year warranty to prove it. We want our customers to feel confident in our ability to do the work correctly. If there is ever an issue with the tile installation, just let us know. We are here to help.
